Asphalt Tank & System :

One (1) tank to be separated by 3 transverse bulkheads forming four (4) compartments. Tanks to be insulated with 100mm thick (100 kg/m3) mineral wool and covered with GI sheet.

One (1) unit diesel driven cargo pumps of 200m3/hr x 6 Bar to be provided for Asphalt handling, engine rating 80kw.

Two(2) 100kw thermal oil heater for cargo heating to be provided to maintain 150OC within cargo tanks (with 100mm insulation) as well as cargo system.
Thermal oil heater c/w heating coil in the tanks. Heating coil of dia 50 sch 80 pipe to be provided.

Cargo Oil Tank & System :

Using same storage space of Asphalt tanks with separate cargo loading/unloading line.

One (1) unit diesel driven cargo pumps of 200m3/hr x 6 Bar to be provided for Cargo Oil handling, engine rating 80kw.

Other Machinery :

Two (2) units diesel generating sets of 65kw, 220v, 3ph, 60 Hz
